Hooky Fun Stuff!

Now how cute are these!!!  I spent yesterday testing this pattern for my friend Ellen.  They make me positively hooky happy!  So much, that I have a third one started.  You can find the pattern here in Ellen's etsy shop.  Check out their mittens!  I put them on a little string so they won't get lost!

Are you ready for some more Rooster Love??!!
Well, here ya go!  They even say "Love"!  I just about have the pattern the way I like it, so after Christmas I should have it ready.  I like dressing them up in buttons and embroidery.
I did this one in a sport weight yarn and smaller hook.  He is tiny.

Speaking of Rooster Love, I finished up this little stocking this week, too.
Oh the whimsy!!!  I am having a little fetish with the black and red right now, LOL.  I actually had to make another trip to Hobby Lobby yesterday for more red and black yarn.
His nose kinda reminds me of Fog Horn Leg Horn.  :-)  I have a few more of these to crank out before Christmas.  Good thing they are fun to work on...or I would be crazy by now.
Check out the little pink one!  The candy cane just makes it.  I found it here on Tangled Happy's Blog.  I just love her blog, always full of good ideas and inspiration.
All you need are some scraps and some pipe cleaners.  They work up in minutes!

Well, that's about it for me!  It's been a productive week.  I'm hoping for the same next week.  Y'all have a good week!
Bye!

Oh YES! They are too cute. I have the ones I bought from you on my mantle again this year. In fact, they stayed out in my dining room all year. They make me smile.

I think it was you and all your little snowmen that inspired me to start my own village this year! And the new ones are adorable too! I get so nervous when I create their little faces. An entire project, while beautifully crocheted/knitted, can become a total flop if that face goes wonky! I've made quite a few this year...and I love them all and hate to give any of them away. So I'm not! They're mine, all mine! LOL OK...that last stocking with the green and pink. Oh.....MY....G _ D! The trim around the edge is just beyond! And, you're right...that candy cane finishes the whole thing beautifully! I'm off to go have a look at that. I, too, love Tangled Happy! She ALWAYS finds the coolest stuff! Hugs, Annette P.S....black white and red...very cool combination! Classic and catchy!
